InterformNG2 now works with forms4u, the SAP output framework
Alongside its standard SAP integration, Interform now works with forms4u, the SAP output framework from Austrian SAP specialist client4u IT-Consulting. SAP customers running InterformNG2 together with forms4u can manage their output changes more efficiently – without touching the ERP.
A framework built on 25 years of SAP output experience
forms4u draws on 25 years of experience in SAP output. The forms4u Cockpit gives users a single view of every SAP output-relevant setting. The architecture and shared structures cut both project lead time and long-term maintenance effort, which lowers total cost of ownership.
Standard Interform forms supported out of the box
The standard Interform forms run natively on forms4u, so SAP customers get a working output set from day one.
For documents outside the standard package, central building blocks – info block, footer, and logo – are reusable across forms. New forms can be built quickly, using the same components.
What this means for SAP customers
Output changes that previously needed developer time can be handled by the team that owns the documents. Templates, conditional logic, and platform-agnostic delivery from InterformNG2 sit alongside a structured framework for change management in SAP – covering print, email, archive, EDI, and electronic invoice formats from the same templates.
