Nextway's product suite, the Next Digital Workplace, covers the full document lifecycle: capture, archiving, mailroom automation, invoice approval, contract management, email automation and bank-statement processing. The platform can ingest up to 4.6 million documents per hour. It integrates with Aspect4, Infor M3, SAP and Salesforce, and connects to other systems through an open integration framework.
Interform and Nextway sit at opposite ends of the same document lifecycle. InterformNG2 produces business-critical output from ERP and application data - formatted invoices, labels, packing lists, statements and electronic files, delivered across print, PDF, email, EDI and e-invoicing. Nextway handles what happens to those documents next: archiving, routing, approval and process management.
For shared Infor M3 customers in the Nordics, the two products cover the whole path in sequence. InterformNG2 generates the documents from M3 data; Nextway's Next platform takes them into long-term archiving, invoice approval or mailroom automation. Infor M3 runs core operations for many Nordic manufacturers and distributors, and every M3 environment produces a constant flow of documents and labels: invoices, delivery notes, works orders, statements and barcoded output. InterformNG2 generates and distributes all of those documents from one platform, with templates held outside the ERP so M3 upgrades do not break output.
InterformNG2 for Infor →InterformNG2 produces PDF/A for long-term archiving and supports e-invoicing formats including PEPPOL and national variants. Nextway adds retention, audit trails and compliance-driven deletion. Together they cover both ends of the compliance chain: the document is produced in the required format, then stored under a retention policy that can be audited.
