Interform is an Output Management partner to Aptean. The partnership started on the oxaion ERP, where InterformNG2 handles output for oxaion Business and oxaion Open customers, and the same approach applies to the documents and labels Aptean's other industry ERP products generate. Interform develops and maintains InterformNG2 and supports the implementation teams; Aptean and its consultants deliver it as part of the ERP project. Aptean ERP customers produce a constant flow of business documents: production paperwork, certificates of analysis, despatch and shipping documents, regulatory labels, customer invoices and compliance reports. These have to meet customer-specific formatting rules, carry traceability data and comply with labelling and invoicing regulations across markets.
InterformNG2 connects to Aptean ERP platforms and produces all of that output. Instead of document formatting being built into the ERP, InterformNG2 takes the ERP data and applies the layout, content and format each document type requires. Business users manage templates without developer involvement, and output stays consistent across sites, countries, ERP upgrades and cloud migrations.
InterformNG2 is an established Output Management solution for the oxaion ERP. For automotive suppliers it adds a dedicated output package: VDA, AIAG and Odette labels, trading-partner variants, shipping documents, 2D barcodes, RFID, and electronic invoicing including ZUGFeRD and XRechnung. Business users design and update these templates without ERP programming.
The same output layer fits Aptean's wider portfolio. In food and beverage and process manufacturing, InterformNG2 produces GS1 labels, certificates of analysis, lot-traceable documentation and country-specific invoicing. In apparel and distribution, it produces labels, packing lists, hangtags and channel-specific compliance paperwork. It is one platform, held outside the ERP, so output can change without changing the core software.
