About Deda Group
Deda Group is one of Italy's largest fully Italian-owned technology groups. Founded in 1999 as the IT arm of the Lillo group and headquartered in Trento, it has grown into a federation of specialist companies covering SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, cloud and cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and data, and digital business. How we work together
Deda Group runs SAP implementations for Italian and international customers through Derga Consulting. Those SAP systems produce a constant flow of business documents and labels: invoices, delivery notes, order confirmations, warehouse labels and despatch paperwork. InterformNG2 generates and distributes all of it from one place, without changes inside SAP.
Interform develops InterformNG2 and provides Output Management specialists from Denmark. Deda scopes the output requirement, builds the templates and connects them to SAP as part of its own SAP project, then supports the result in Italy. InterformNG2 can therefore be added to an SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC project as a separate workstream, without heavy SAP customisation.
On SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
InterformNG2 connects to SAP without modifying the core system. Those documents and labels are produced outside the SAP core, so template changes never touch ABAP and the upgrade path stays clear. That reduces project risk during S/4HANA migration and keeps day-to-day output stable afterwards.
Italian e-invoicing and compliance
Italy runs one of Europe's most established e-invoicing regimes through the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI): FatturaPA covers public-sector invoicing, and B2B e-invoicing is mandatory. InterformNG2 produces structured, validated e-invoices from the same platform that produces the rest of the SAP output, and supports PEPPOL BIS for cross-border invoicing where Deda customers trade in other European markets.
