Interform is the default output management solution for ASC’s dealer management systems, care and web.care.

Interform separates output management from the DMS. All documents are designed, controlled, and delivered centrally, regardless of whether they originate from ASC care, ASC web.care, or another system.

How Interform works with IFS

IFS generates the business data. Interform completes the output process outside the ERP: document and label; design; data logic and validation, workflow automation; distribution across print, PDF, email and integrations. All output remains independent of IFS version and hosting model.

When your ERP runs on-premise, Interform is typically deployed on-premise as well. Interform acts as a composable output layer: the ERP generates business data, while Interform manages document design, workflows, and distribution – without embedding logic in ERP code.
