Interform develops the product and puts Output Management specialists on the project.
InterformNG2 produces the documents that SAP work generates: purchase orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and shipping labels. It connects to SAP without heavy customisation, so S/4HANA projects and cloud migrations leave the output untouched.
InterformNG2 for SAP →E-invoicing is already mandatory in Germany, and further national mandates are coming into force across Europe. XRechnung covers B2G invoices, ZUGFeRD covers structured B2B invoices, and PEPPOL connects customers to the European e-invoicing network. InterformNG2 produces XRechnung and ZUGFeRD files from the same SAP data and sends them over PEPPOL, and customers in other European markets can use the same approach with their local formats.
