Edgetec Systems is a South African IT company headquartered in Johannesburg, with regional offices in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and East London. It provides managed services, hosting and disaster recovery, hardware and software maintenance, printing and document management.
Edgetec works with HP, Lexmark, Lenovo, Dell and IBM on hardware, and partners with Interform for Output Management software. Its five offices mean implementation and support come from a local team, wherever the customer sits in South Africa.
Infor customers in South Africa produce invoices, delivery notes, labels and despatch documents every day, and they want that output installed and supported by a team in the same country. InterformNG2 provides the Output Management layer, and it is listed on the Infor Marketplace.
Edgetec is your contact in South Africa: it sells, installs and maintains InterformNG2 and answers day-to-day support calls. Interform develops the product, provides the Infor integration and backs Edgetec on complex output work.
