ASC Automotive Solution Center AG develops Dealer Management Software for automotive dealer groups. It is headquartered in Böblingen, Germany, with a Swiss company in Heerbrugg and further offices in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. ASC supports complex, multi-brand dealer groups across sales, service, parts and workshop operations.
ASC's platform, web.care, brings contacts, campaigns, online appointments, parts inventory, time management, master data, service, cash and vehicle trading into one system, alongside the established care DMS. ASC is part of the Volaris Automotive Group, which provides investment backing that supports continued product development.
Interform is ASC's default Output Management solution for web.care and care. ASC manages the core dealership processes; InterformNG2 produces and delivers every document those processes generate - vehicle documents, sales and workshop invoices, parts documents, OEM-branded customer letters and labels.
ASC web.care runs on IBM i, and InterformNG2 sits alongside it as a separate Output Management layer. Documents are designed, updated and delivered centrally, without changes to web.care or care. When an OEM updates its layout, or a new electronic invoicing format applies, the change is made once in InterformNG2 and rolled out across every brand and location.
ASC web.care runs on IBM i (AS/400). InterformNG2 reads the data web.care and care produce and turns it into finished dealership documents - vehicle documents, invoices, workshop and parts documents - delivered by print, PDF, email and electronic invoicing.
InterformNG2 for IBM i →Multi-brand groups keep a single, rule-based template set instead of a separate library per OEM. Brand identity, legal text and location details are controlled by business rules, so one template adapts automatically. New OEM layouts, e-invoicing formats (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and Swiss QR Bill) and digital signing flows are configured once and applied everywhere.
